Cartoon Themed Baby Shower Invitations

Most baby showers are very similar.  However, this is nothing to scoff at.  Parents usually like to have a simple party.  Most of the time, they are conducted in the living room of the expectant parents.  Finger foods are served and people generally exchange parental or birthing stories.  Gifts are given to the expecting parents to christen the coming of a new baby.  However, if you would like to spice up your baby shower a little, why not have a cartoon themed baby shower.  Every guest would think of their favorite childhood or current cartoons and would bring a present related to that character.  For example, if someone's favorite character was Bugs Bunny, then they might decide to bring the baby a tape of Bugs Bunny.  If someone's favorite cartoon was Scooby-Doo they might decide to bring the expectant parents a blanket with Scooby-Doo stamped across it.  Decorations for this party could be very fun.  You could hang up huge wall hangings of different cartoons like the Roadrunner, Scooby-Doo, Mickey Mouse, Elmer Fudd, and any other fun childhood characters you could think of.  The invites for this party should reflect the fun cartoonish feel.  The bridal shower invitations for a cartoon themed baby shower should themselves be cartoon themed.  You could go to CVS or any other store that sells cards and pick out a handful of different cartoon themed baby shower invitations.  If you can't find any, you might want to see if you could have them custom made.
